Fitness Center
All individuals wishing to use the Tu Casa Fitness Center must:
1) Read and complete the Tu Casa Home-Owners Association Fitness Room Liability Waiver which includes
acknowledgement of Fitness Center specific rules
2) See your completed Tu Casa Fitness Center Waiver with initialed Rules posted on this page
Each Wednesday, management will review submitted forms for completeness and post on this website page
Unit Owners will be given a room access code once their form is approved and posted on this website page
Unit Owners are responsible for giving the access code to their family members/guests and take full responsibility for waiting to give out the code until the user's form has been posted on this website.
Signed Waiver and Acknowlegement of Rules Receipt should be e-mailed or hand delivered to:
